Harding University is seeking candidates for a full-time Architecture faculty position. Architecture faculty will assist in the continuing development and implementation of the Accelerated Architecture Curriculum which includes both a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies (BA-AS) and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch). Faculty will assist in the NAAB accreditation process in accordance with the established timeline for achieving initial accreditation in 2028. The Architecture Program was granted NAAB Candidacy in 2024.

Salary and rank will be determined based on credentials and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree is preferred. A master's degree or Ph.D. in a closely related field will be considered.
• Higher education academic experience with a NAAB accredited program
• Licensed to practice architecture in the U.S. or international equivalent
• Professional Practice Experience
• Evidence of community, professional and academic partnership experiences
• Professional leadership experience
