This two-day training explores the LAMP therapy approach, empowering individuals who are non-speaking or have limited speaking abilities to communicate effectively using AAC devices. Day 1 introduces the LAMP framework, emphasizing consistent motor plans, sensory-based teaching strategies, and device features tailored to support language development. Day 2 builds on this foundation with a hands- on training, focusing on device features, implementing LAMP principles using the Words for Life language system, and strategies for expanding communication.
