Dr. Ramey is a Professor and the Physical Therapy Program Director. Dr. Ramey teaches content in the areas of ethics, business, and clinical education. Dr. Ramey completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Family and Consumer Science Education (Adult Education) at Texas Tech University in May 2008. He has held administrative/ management positions as a physical therapist since 1992.

Dr. Dillard is an Assistant Professor at Harding Univesity.  Dr. Dillard teaches content in the areas of Foundational Clinical Skills, General Medical and Post-Surgical, Clinical Reasoning, and Clinical Education and Communication. Dr. Dillard also serves as the Director of Clinical Education.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Harding University in 2014 and her clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Harding University in 2018.  She practices primarily in the areas of inpatient rehab and acute care.

Dr. Finney is an Assistant Professor. She received her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Harding University. Dr. Finney teaches in the content areas of Foundational Clinical Skills, General Medical and Post-Surgical, Clinical Reasoning, and Ethics. She has been a clinician for 7 years and has practiced in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehab, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. She is a certified LSVT BIG clinician and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist with additional advanced clinical training and experience in vestibular rehab.

Dr Killins is an Associate Professor at Harding University. She teaches in the areas of Gross Anatomy, Neuroscience, Motor Behavior and Adult Clinical Neurology.  Dr. Killins has advanced clinical training and experience in the management and treatment of adults with hemiplegia, pediatrics, and women’s health.  She is a certified LSVT BIG clinician for the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease.  She has been a clinician for 20 years.  She received her clinical doctorate at Creighton University and her PhD in physical therapy at the University of Central Arkansas.  Her research emphasis is physical therapy education.  Dr. Killins is the physical therapy representative on the interprofessional committee in the Center for Health Sciences.

Dr. Sipe is a Professor in the HUPT program. He teaches content in the areas of biomechanics, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, physiology, exercise physiology, therapeutic exercise, human lifespan development, and evidence based physical therapy practice, and Health and Wellness Promotion. Dr. Sipe is an experienced clinical exercise physiologist with a specialization in exercise for older adults.

Dr. Smith is an Assistant Professor. He received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and completed his ScD in physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2023. Dr. Smith teaches content in the areas of biomechanics, musculoskeletal physical therapy practice, physical agents and modalities, and clinical reasoning. He has been a clinician for 17 years and has primarily practiced in the outpatient setting with orthopedic diagnoses.

Dr. Swann is an Associate Professor. She received her master's and clinical doctorate as well as her PhD in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. Dr. Swann teaches content in the areas of Human Lifespan Development, Pediatric Physical Therapy, Clinical Reasoning, Motor Behavior, Neuroscience, and Gross Anatomy. She has been a Physical Therapist for 16 years with clinical experience in a variety of settings. She worked as a clinician in the areas of pediatrics and inpatient rehabilitation prior to coming to Harding University. Dr. Swann is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Her clinical interests are in the areas of pediatrics and neurological conditions.

Dr. Wilcox is an Assistant Professor in the physical therapy department.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Harding University in 1996, a Master’s degree in physical therapy in 1998, and his PhD from the University of Central Arkansas in 2022.  He is a board certified clinical specialist in geriatric physical therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  Dr. Wilcox teaches content in the areas of Cardiopulmonary, Orthotics and Prosthetics, Physical Agents and Modalities, Pathophysiology, and Geriatrics.  He has been a Physical Therapist for 24 years with clinical experience in a variety of adult settings, including outpatient orthopedic and sports, inpatient rehabilitation, and home health.
