Itinerary: June 9-16, 2023
- Day 1 (June 9) — Seattle, Washington
Board Oceania Regatta and embark at 1 p.m. Depart at 6 p.m. - Day 2 (June 10) — Cruising the Inside Passage
Special Harding activities throughout the day - Day 3 (June 11) — Ketchikan, Alaska
Arrive at 9 a.m. and depart at 4 p.m.
Evening worship assembly aboard the ship - Day 4 (June 12) — Juneau, Alaska
Arrive at 10 a.m. and depart at 6 p.m. - Day 5 (June 13) — Wrangell, Alaska
Arrive at 9 a.m. and depart at 6 p.m. - Day 6 (June 14) — Cruising the Outside Passage
Special Harding activities throughout the day and worship in the afternoon - Day 7 (June 15) — Victoria, BC, Canada
Arrive at 1 p.m. and depart at 11 p.m. - Day 8 (June 16) — Seattle, Washington
Disembark at 8 a.m.
Pricing and Booking
Rates include:
- 7-day cruise on the Oceania Regatta
- Round-trip airfare from all major cities

The price does not include all personal expenses such as phone and airline baggage charges.
All participants are charged a $200 per person Harding University special activities fee. There is a required $750 deposit (refundable through Jan. 2023).
Pre- and post-hotel stays, and pre- and post-tour information will be available 8-10 months prior to departure. Travel agent Sharon Carr will send information to deposited guests as soon as it is available.
Requirements and Booking Information
- Your required passport must be valid six months after the return of your cruise. “Passport cards” are not valid for overseas travel. If you reside outside of the U.S. or Canada, please check with your consulate to see if you need a visa. If you do not have the proper paperwork, you could be denied boarding.
- Full legal names must be given as stated on your passport, and a copy of your passport must be submitted during the booking process.
- Payment: A deposit of $750 per person is due at time of booking. All large suites (Vista & Owners) require a deposit of 20% of the total price of the cabin. The final payment is due Jan 22, 2023. Oceania accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
- Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing by Sharon Carr Travel. If the cruise is paid in full and canceled, SCT will charge a $200 per person administration fee. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all cancellations received prior to departure:
- 121 days or more prior to departure: 0% of full fare
- 120 to 91 days prior to departure (Feb. 7, 2023 to Mar. 7, 2023): $250 per person
- 90 to 76 days prior to departure ( Mar. 8, 2023 to Mar. 22, 2023): 25% of full fare
- 75 to 61 days prior to departure (Mar. 23, 2023 to Apr. 7, 2023): 50% of full fare
- 60 to 31 days prior to departure (Apr. 8, 2023 May 9, 2023): 75% of full fare
- 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of full fare
