What can you do with a degree in Kinesiology and Health?

Physical Education

As a physical education teacher, you'll provide instruction in physical fitness, sports and other activities. Lesson plans may utilize components of team, individual or recreactional sports to educate students on the benefits of regular exercise and nutrition.

K-12 Coaching

As a coach, you'll make a lasting impact on the lives of student-athletes by teaching them not only how to compete at the highest level but also how to be a team player, overcome adversity and respect their coaches, teammates, referees and opponents.

Outdoor recreation

Careers in outdoor recreation include roles like outdoor adventure or hunting guides, national or state park rangers, and camp directors. If you love the outdoors and want to share that love with others, this could be the field for you.

Our graduates have the knowledge, hands-on skills and professional experiences to be ready to navigate the multifaceted landscapes of human behavior and wellness.
