Instrumental Music Education at Harding

The Bachelor of Music Education with instrumental emphasis prepares students to teach and provides training in performance. This degree meets academic requirements for K-12 teaching licensure.

The Harding University Department of Music provides a high-quality music education in a nurturing spiritual environment. A low student-to-faculty ratio enables students to receive personalized attention from faculty as they strive for excellence in the classroom, rehearsal hall and private studio. Students can perform in a variety of large and small ensembles on and off campus.
