Introduction
Harding University is committed to providing equal access and opportunities to all people, including those with disabilities. This includes making the campus community accessible, providing reasonable accommodations, and ensuring that university information is accessible to all users.
Harding University’s Web Accessibility and Usability Procedures incorporate federal standards from Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as well as university-specific requirements. We strive to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which lay out essential criteria to enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The WCAG outlines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Our web services are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Therefore, while we are making significant strides, there may be some content that does not fully align with the accessibility standards.
