The Certificate in Executive and Workplace Coaching is a 12-credit-hour program designed for those who possess an undergraduate degree and are seeking the expertise and insights needed to provide ethical and effective coaching. Courses are taught by International Coaching Federation credentialed faculty, and curriculum is developed in alignment with the definition of coaching and coaching standards. Because the Harding University Center for Leadership and Development is a fully accredited Level 1 ICF Coaching Education Provider, students who complete the coaching certification earn 96 contact hours and are eligible to test for the Associate Certified Coach Credential. In addition, students may apply the 12 credit hours earned toward the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
