Because the Harding University Center for Leadership and Development is a fully accredited Level 1 ICF Coaching Education Provider, students who complete the coaching certification earn 96 contact hours and are eligible to test for the Associate Certified Coach Credential. In addition, students may apply the 12 credit hours earned toward the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
