What can you do with a degree in birth to kindergarten education?

Preschool teachers

As a preschool teacher, you'll nurture and educate young children in a stimulating and safe environment. Preschool teachers create engaging lesson plans, facilitate learning through play, and promote social and emotional development. They support early literacy and numeracy skills, encourage creativity, and foster a love for learning, laying a solid foundation for future academic success.

Special education teachers

A role as a preschool special education teacher involves providing specialized instruction and support to young children with disabilities or developmental delays. These teachers create individualized education plans, adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborate closely with therapists and families. Preschool special education teachers play a crucial role in advocating for children's rights, ensuring equitable access to education, and supporting their overall growth and development.

Kindergarten teachers

Kindergarten teachers foster early childhood development through structured learning activities and play. They create engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards, promote social and emotional skills, and nurture foundational literacy and numeracy skills. Kindergarten teachers play a vital role in preparing children for academic success and lifelong learning.

Our priority is helping students achieve career and life goals through teaching, leading and creating the foundation needed to make a difference in people's lives.
