Joneal Kirby

Dr. Joneal Kirby is the founder and director of Heartfelt Ministries, committed to the mission of encouraging and facilitating multi-generational relationships among women of faith. She also is the founding director of Christian Counseling and Resource Center, a ministry of the White’s Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe, Louisiana. Dr. Kirby has written three books: "Heartfelt: A Woman's Guide to Creating Meaningful Friendships", Heart of a Family for Mom" and "Hope for YOUR Family: Six Keys to Connecting with Your Teen"; numerous magazine and blog articles; and more than 100 Bible studies. She teaches marriage seminars and parenting courses and writes and records for radio and television programs.

Dr. Kirby graduated from Harding with a bachelor’s degree in English in 1974 and a master’s degree in counseling and a doctorate in marriage and family therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She and her husband, Randy, live in West Monroe, Louisiana, and have three children and 10 grandchildren.
