What is it?
Canvas is a web-based learning management system that allows faculty to deliver online course instruction or provide an online enhancement to on-campus courses. In Canvas, students will have access to support materials posted by the instructor, including syllabi, assignments, links to web-based materials, discussion boards, chat rooms and online quizzing.

Crosslisting
Crosslisting is beneficial when you teach one or more sections of the same course and would like to have only one Canvas course to control them all. If you would like all the sections of a specific course you teach to be crosslisted, Submit a Request. You will need to include the course name, sections that you would like to crosslist, and their respective Course Registration Numbers (CRN's). If you have any more questions on how crosslisted classes function, please contact us.
